I gave this gorgeous hotel 4 stars because of the wifi. They have been working at the hotel for a long time and every time we return to the hotel we know that we can count on them to anything we need. As I speak about the hotel concierge team, also kudos to Rene and Felipe who always do the best they can to help the hotel guests. Rita along with the others were so helpful, polite and nice all the time. Very rich option of breakfast food, snack for lunch with salad, sandwich and also good dinner as shrimp, a variety of cheese plate and cold cut, hot meal. The wonderful club concierge team made our experience at the hotel very pleasant. The lounge had a very nice option of food all day long. We were on the 9th floor, were the club was, facing the swimming pools and the beach. Our package: A large room with the delicious meals at the club lounge included. Bathroom with shower and separate bath tube, very good brand, Asprey-London purple water shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The rooms are spacious, with Nespresso machine, water bottles, chocolate in our pillows every night and iron. It is a gorgeous hotel in a beautiful island just 10 minutes to Miami downtown. It's 10,00 per day and every time we would need to use the Internet we had to connect the wifi. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Keep in mind that this resort participates in the Marriott Bonvoy program. It is a gorgeous hotel in a beautiful island just 10 minutes to Miami downtown. And if the well-appointed rooms don't impress you, guests say the staff will blow you away. Recent guests highly recommend requesting an ocean-view room when booking, but no matter which accommodation you choose, you'll find it equipped with amenities like Frette linens, marble bathrooms, flat-screen LCD TVs and Wi-Fi access (which your $48 daily resort fee covers). Accommodations at this Ritz-Carlton property are chic yet homey, with modern wooden furnishings, blue and white hues, plush fabrics and ample space for lounging. On the resort grounds, you'll find two outdoor pools, the Cuban-inspired RUMBAR lounge (and three other on-site dining options) and the tranquil Ritz-Carlton Spa, Key Biscayne – an ideal venue for a little extra R&R. It's true that the barrier outpost of Key Biscayne is a bit removed from Miami's activity, but the resort is close to area sights like Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park and the Miami Seaquarium. The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami is pleasantly decorated, pleasantly staffed and pleasantly placed.
